He was born on September 15, 1922 in the village of Chorindi, Bagdad District, Fergana Region, in a working family. After graduating from the 25th general education school, while he was studying at the Kokon Accounting Technical College, he received a draft for the war. In 1942, together with his brother Nematjon Mamatkulov, they went to war. The brothers participated in fierce battles for 6 years and returned home safely in 1946. After returning from the war, they finished their studies, worked as chief accountants, farm managers, and part-time personnel at the Bolshevik collective farm and retired. They received 16 medals and He died in 1997 at the age of 75.
