He was born in 1919 in the village of Ghazovot, Koshkopir district, Khorezm region. He was drafted into the army in 1939. The 809th Rifle Regiment served in the 38th Division of the 304th Rifle Division. He participated in the Second World War in 1941-1945. In 1961, he graduated from the Central Soyuz Institute in Moscow. On May 30, 1951, he was awarded the "For Military Services" medal. Holder of the military rank of lieutenant. He worked as chairman and deputy chairman in the system of Matlubot society of Koshkopir district.
